Kardio Kraze has been created to be the most extraordinary boredom prevention workout on the market!

In June of 2012 I will have been in the fitness industry for 25 years. I have always been studying fitness and I'm an adrenaline junkie. So I have spent a lot of time in the gym and gathering more knowledge.

Now after more than a dozen fitness certifications, I am still hungry and with the understanding that the heart is the strongest muscle in the body, I directed my focus to Kardio Kraze. As a personal trainer I have always stepped outside the box to keep my clients interested and knowing that most of us hate cardio. We still have to do it so in December of 2004 I started Kardio Kraze to prevent boredom.

Since then with endless hours of work and help from numerous friends, we've compiled several movements and important tips for preventing injuries.
